Job description

As a phone order specialist, you are the first interaction customers have with our company—a great first impression is essential! You reflect who we are in the way you answer the phone, interact with customers, and fulfill orders, including special requests.

Qualifications

  • Stellar communication skills. You are the front line for communicating with and solving problems for our customers. This position requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Experience. You must be comfortable on a computer. You don’t need a computer science degree, but being comfortable and willing to learn new things, like navigating our (super easy) backend system, is important.

Customer Experience Specialist

Job description

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday
  • $16/hour

As a customer experience specialist, you represent and champion our customers’ needs. This will include answering phone calls, replying to emails, and creating a superior experience for customer who have questions or who may be experiencing problems with an order.

  • Stellar communication skills. You are the front line for communicating with and solving problems for our customers. This position requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Experience. You must be comfortable on a computer. You don’t need a computer science degree, but being comfortable and willing to learn new things, like navigating our (super easy) backend system, is important.
  • Creative problem-solving. We are proud to guarantee our products and a positive customer experience. This may mean troubleshooting shipping problems, working with our delivery partners, and finding fast solutions. You’ll need to be quick on your feet and ready with positive responses to challenging situations.
