1. Whip up some healthy summer treats – Summer isn’t only for swimming and lying under the sun, it’s also a perfect time to stay healthy. Gather your whole family and take turns making fruit shakes, yogurt or ice cream, the perfect desserts to beat the scorching heat from the summer sun. When you are done, take your delicious dessert outside your house, sit down with your family and talk about fun summer memories.
2. Play beach volleyball with friends – Gather your peers, team up and play some smashing beach volleyball. It is the perfect way to stay fit and have fun under the sun. Add some groovy summer tunes while the game is going on. What a great way to get the game going. Whoever losses gets to treat everyone else to a refreshing snack after the game. Now that’s what I call a win, win situation.
3. Go biking – Go biking around the scenic places that you’ve always intended to go to but haven’t found the time. Make sure you pack enough water to keep yourself hydrated.
4. Go camping – The summer season is perfect for camping. It’s beautiful during the day and comfortable at night. Tell stories under the stars along with background music to compliment the scenery.
