Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
- 3 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 (15.5 oz) Great Northern Beans
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 24 oz salsa verde
- 32 oz chicken broth
- Optional toppings: lime, cilantro, sour cream and/or shredded cheese
Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite toppings!
