Shipping Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged at the rate applicable to the delivery location.
What is the cut-off time for shipping out today?
Our shipping cut-off time is as follows: 4:00 pm MT Monday and Friday and 6:00 pm MT Tuesday through Thursday. Orders placed after the daily shipping deadline or on Saturday–Sunday will ship out the next business day.
During warm weather months, orders placed Wednesday evening through Sunday with standard shipping will not be shipped until Monday. Please consider selecting an express shipping option for urgent occasions.
Occasionally, we adjust our order deadline to accommodate high order volumes. If so, you’ll see a countdown timer for orders on our website.
Where do you currently ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, but because contents are perishable, we do not ship to PO boxes, and we do not ship internationally.
