Everything from our kitchens is packed to withstand 3 days in transit. Our soups are “blast frozen” to lock in freshness and prepare for their journey. We wrap each container in a proprietary insulated liner with gel ice packs to keep it food safe for up to 3 days.
When There’s a Shipping Delay
When severe weather events occur, we continue to ship our packages while communicating daily with UPS. Together, we determine what shipping options are feasible (for example, we won’t offer overnight shipping when weather will prevent that delivery).
Please know that Mother Nature can still surprise us. Even if your shipping destination is not impacted by the weather, other hubs and transit routes may affect the overall network. Our 3-day Freshness Guarantee was created for unanticipated slow-downs.
You will get a shipping number to track your package’s arrival (and we’re watching it, too!). In the unlikely event that it does not arrive within our freshness window, please contact Customer Support for a refund or replacement order.
