Can I choose the date my package is delivered?

Yes! You can schedule your gift to arrive during a specific week or on an exact date. (Choosing an exact date may cost a little more and will not be available later in the season.) Please know that UPS and FedEx do their best to deliver on the promised date, but unexpected weather and high shipping volume can lead to delays. Rest assured, our gifts are packaged to withstand five days in transit.

Will my package arrive on the exact date I select?

We’ll do everything we can to make sure it does. UPS and FedEx are committed to delivering on your chosen date, but high seasonal volume or winter weather can sometimes cause delays. We’ll send tracking updates so you can follow your package’s progress and know when it’s out for delivery.

Can you deliver on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Christmas Day. Deliveries scheduled just before or on Christmas Eve can be unpredictable due to weather and high-volume holiday shipping. (So ordering early is a win in more ways than one!) We’ll always do our best to meet your selected delivery date, but delays can occasionally happen once packages are with a delivery partner.

If you’re sending last-minute comfort, an eGift is a great option! It’s emailed instantly and can arrive in their inbox on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Will there be better deals if I wait to order?

Our biggest savings of the year are offered over Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend. After that, we’ll send surprise promotions, but they won’t offer even deeper discounts, we promise. Ordering early ensures you get the best price—and the best selection!

Are your holiday packages meant to be opened immediately or saved for Christmas?

Our gifts are made to be enjoyed when they arrive! Many senders schedule delivery early so recipients can savor a little comfort during hectic holiday weeks and enjoy festivity all season long.

If I order now, when will my gift arrive?

You can schedule delivery for the exact week or day you’d like your gift to arrive. Many people send their packages early so recipients can enjoy them throughout the season, not just on Christmas Day.
