A soup care package is ready to enjoy right away! Here’s what your recipient can expect.

Flash Frozen for Freshness

We blast-freeze our products to lock in flavors for shipping. Special ice packs keep the contents cold, and the comfort foods are meant to thaw during transit.

How It Ships

We schedule packages via UPS to arrive by 8pm on the selected delivery date. Packages are intended to thaw in transit and are guaranteed to arrive fresh. Your recipient does not need to be home when the package arrives, but they should be on the lookout so they refrigerate the contents immediately.

Ready to Heat and Eat

Spoonful of Comfort soup, rolls, and cookies are fully prepared—there’s no mixing or baking, and nothing needs to be added. The package includes directions to heat the soup on the stove or in the microwave (the rolls and cookies are extra delicious warmed up, too!).

Serve Now or Save for Later

Soup packages have labels and instructions to refrigerate contents upon receipt. Rolls and cookies should be enjoyed within a few days, and soup can be refrigerated up to 5 days. If the time’s not right to enjoy these foods on arrival or if leftovers are desired, all items can be refrozen. The USDA recommends thawed foods be refrozen within 3-4 days.

Servings Per Package

Classic care packages contain six rolls, six cookies, and two containers of soup or mac n’ cheese for a total of 4-6 generous servings. If you chose to “Double Up” a package, it includes twelve rolls, twelve cookies, and four containers of soup or mac n’ cheese to serve 8-12 people.
