Send a classic soup package and feel free to add a personal touch to your gift by including optional extra care items. At checkout, just provide your recipient’s email address. No shipping address needed!
Step 2
They Choose Their Flavors
We’ll send your recipient an instant gift notification email with a link to make their flavor selections and add shipping details. We’ll let you know when they’ve opened their gift notification email.
Step 3
Goodness Arrives
It’s just what they wanted! They’ll receive a package with their favorite flavors, a personal gift note from you, and any surprise extra care add-ons you chose. It sure feels nice to give a gift that’s exactly right.

Your recipient will choose their soup flavor(s) and cookie flavor(s). If you’d like to customize your order, you may select extra care add-on items such as our customer-favorite cozy blanket or socks to include as a surprise in your recipient’s package.
Most of our flavor lineup is available in a Let Them Choose package. The only flavors we do not currently offer are our premium flavors, such as bread bowls and asiago rolls. We are always looking to expand our offerings to bring you and your recipient the best experience.
They do not! We deliver with no signatures required. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.
Yes! Your recipient will not be notified of any extra care add-on items in your order. Add-on items will arrive as a surprise in your recipient’s package. Soft socks, a big blanket, or even a comforting tea blend, bring them even more brightness with some extra care!
We will send your recipient a reminder email, as well as notify you. You may wish to have them check their inbox, including spam folders. If your recipient does not redeem their Let Them Choose gift within 30 days, it will then be converted into an e-gift card, which they can apply towards a future order.
Unfortunately, Let Them Choose orders cannot be placed without a recipient’s email address. You may wish to build your own order instead, where you select the flavors and input your recipient’s shipping address, no email needed. Shop by occasion to find the right sentiment for any moment: birthdays, sympathy, get well soon, or thinking of you, pick just the thing to add a little brightness to their day.
