When I am not feeling well there is nothing that makes me feel better then Chicken soup. Maybe it’s because it reminds me of when my Dad used to bring me soup when I wasn’t feeling well when I was little. Yes, whenever I was sick my Dad would make me the Chicken soup his Mother and Grandmother made him when he was a little boy. So now I make that soup for my kids when they aren’t feeling well. Trouble is who will make that soup for me now? And when my non-immediate family needs some comfort how am I to send them my soup?
Spoonful of Comfort has the answer.
Their amazing homemade soup is so close to my Dad’s its incredible. It taste’s incredible and warms you from your head all the way down to your tippy toes. There is nothing out of a can that tastes this good. You can send an incredible care package for someone who needs a little comfort that is homemade delicious and detailed. How detailed, you ask? Well right out of the package the bright and sunny yellow ribbons caught my eye. I have to admit they put a smile on my face. ( I kept them and I am making hair bows out of them for Kaia). Next there is a note card in every package where you can write your own message to your loved one.
Also there are the extras… as in made from scratch rolls, the yummiest Oatmeal raisin cookies I have ever had… seriously I have never had oatmeal raisin cookies this good before EVER. And that’s not all they have thought of everything from a ladle to blankets, warm and cozy socks, and so much more. This is the care package everyone wants to get. It’s like a big hug in a box.
